The Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS) is an independent council formed under the Direct Marketing Association of Singapore (DMAS), seeks to create opportunities to network with industry peers, solution providers.An educational platform, a think-tank and help shape and develop the industry in which you have a vested commercial and professional interest

To develop the awareness and professionalism of the call centre service industry in Singapore through Networking, Education and Research.
