General Requirements

1.	Participant must be a fully paid-up member of CCAS (Associate, Corporate or Individual Member)
2.	Application form must be fully completed or the entry will be disqualified
3.	Completed Awards application forms must be attached with application fee made payable to “Contact Centre Association of Singapore” and sent to CCAS at 100A Eu Tong Sen Street, #07-02A Pearls Centre Office Podium, Singapore 059813
4.	There will be no refund of entry fees

Entry Requirements

1.	Entry must be from persons or companies based in Singapore and/or Asian countries which are Corporate, Associate or Individual members of CCAS
2.	Entry nominations for the Corporate Awards categories have to be an Associate or Corporate member of CCAS
3.	Maximum entry limits:
	a.	For Individual categories : Maximum 12 entries per company (3 entries per category)
	b.	For Corporate categories : Maximum 5 entries per company (1 entry per category and/or program)
4.	Template completion:
	a.	All templates must be completed in full. Pls note that exceeding the maximum word count as defined & requested or going beyond the space as provided by the template parameters will mean automatic disqualification
	b.	Where needed, please insert the phrase “Not Available” to indicate that the requested information have been considered and reflect inability to address the request as articulated
	c.	No slide should be added, deleted or left blank
	d.	Template format must neither be altered nor should any attempts be made to over-ride the template parameters
	e.	All submissions must be made within the template framework or will face disqualification
5.	CCAS reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete / tempered or amended template

Judging and Evaluation Process

1.	Members of the judging panel shall also act as a selection panel to consider submissions
2.	The decision of the judges in relation to the selection criteria, selection process or the identity of the winners or on any other matters relating to these Awards, shall be final
	a.	All participants who qualify for interview at final evaluation stage by judges must ensure that they present only the submission template data. Presentations must be within defined context or applicants will face disqualification
	b.	All judges will not accept any gifts or material from any participating company or participant in connection to these Awards as well as the resultant judging and evaluation process
3.	CCAS reserves the right to make void any award in any of the categories if the judges are not satisfied with the standard or quality of entries received
4.	All interviews will be conducted in English. In the event should an interpreter be needed, CCAS will assist in hiring one, however all expenses will be borne by the participating company

Confidentiality of Information and use of Information

1.	All judges will sign a NDA with CCAS
2.	All information submitted in the application form and entry templates shall remain the property of CCAS and will be governed by the NDA signed between the judges and CCAS
3.	CCAS reserves the right to use the information provided in the Awards application form and entry template for press release purposes
