Anne-Marie Cupples

 

Anne Marie is Director of Key Accounts of KnowledgeSpace Pty Ltd. She has been a Call Centre specialist for more than 20 years and worked in every call centre related role from agent through to management and senior management. Anne Marie was with Swinburne University, ANZ Bank, NEC Australia and NRMA Insurance previously where she designed and set up inbound & outbound contact centres. Her expertise and area of specialty are in technology, processes and people.  
 

 

Lulu Ng

Lulu Espino Ng is the Western Union Operations Site Leader for the Regional Operations Centre in Manila, serving 42 countries and territories in Asia Pacific and the USA.  Lulu has 16 years of  experience in contact centres in various roles from leading, managing, designing, building to migrating contact centres. Her strong technical foundation in voice and data technology, expertise in contact centre processes, project management and her strong leadership capability allows her to successfully lead and manage multi-site contact centres and global contact centre initiatives.  Prior to this, she run the Western Union Asia Pacific Operations Centre in Sydney, the Regional Call Centre Process Management group for American Express for Asia Pacific and was involved in the re-engineering Project for both American Express and WESTPAC bank in Australia.
 

 
Munirah Looi
Munirah Looi is the President & CEO Brandt International, Valdo Brandt International and WinSource Solutions Inc of Philippines. She is also the Director of Valdo Global Services, a regional BPO organization. Her main responsibilities include managing the overall group’s business portfolio with focus in the areas of business development, marketing and developing strategic alliances to further grow the business in the APAC, US, UK and Australia markets. She is a member of International Who’s Who of Professionals and Life Member of International Business Leaders and has a total of 20 years working experience and has worked extensively throughout Asia & US with experience in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Performance Management, Strategic Management, Business Process Redesign, Sales & Marketing and Project Management.
