| Another year passes and here we are again preparing for our 8th annual Singapore Contact Centre Awards.
We had tremendous success last year whereby we invited our friends in the industry across the ASEAN Region to participate in the Singapore Open awards and the feedback has been all very positive.
This year we have already received inquiries from neighboring countries wanting to participate in our awards program and we extend a warm welcome to all those applicants wishing to take part.
In developing the awards program, we are moving a lot more towards the day-to-day business challenges with focus on doing more for less.
We also developed new categories that allow more participation of companies providing outsourced services. We have added categories that reward companies for having programs for employee and customer loyalty.
Our Judges this year come from countries across Asia Pacific including Taiwan and Philippines giving a good mix of cultural differences and certainly very deep call centre experience and expertise to further enhance the judging process.
All in all, this year’s awards will be quite different with a new approach and new processes in order to continually raise the bar in an industry that is constantly evolving and becoming more demanding.
