The Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS) is a non-profit, independent organization which aims to harness existing expertise and promote the development of a world-class contact centre industry in Singapore and across the region. Its mission is to develop the awareness and professionalism of the contact centre industry through networking, education and research.
