CCAS Terms & Conditions of Entry

Ensure that you are a current member of the CCAS (corporate or individual)
Familiarise yourself with the conditions of entry, then complete the application form for each category you want to enter.
Send your completed application form and your cheque payment made payable to 'DMAS-CCAS' to CCAS at 37B Kreta Ayer Road, S (089001)
Award Templates will be released to all candidates during the time of your submission
Remember to maximize the quality of your entry by following the template instructions. Please ensure you have clearly detailed the reasons for and results of your achievements to be sure your entry gets the recognition it deserves.

All individual and corporate members of the CCAS are eligible to nominate for the Call Centre Champion, Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Team Leader and Call Centre Manager categories.
Nominees for the Corporate categories have to be a corporate member of the Contact Centre Association of Singapore

For Individual categories : Maximum 12 entries per organization (3 entries per category)
For Corporate categories : Maximum 1 entry per organization
Application fee must be attached to the application form and made payable to 'DMAS-CCAS'.
There will be no refund of entry fees.
Candidates must be based in Singapore and must be CCAS Corporate or Individual members. Candidates for the Regional Awards must be based either in Hong Kong , Malaysia , Thailand or Singapore .
All submissions will be assessed firstly on full compliance to the submission format.
All templates must be completed. Please insert the phrase 'Not Collected' or 'Not Available' to indicate that they did consider the requested information and have addressed the request. No slides should be either deleted or left blank.
Candidates should not alter the template format, nor over-ride the template boundaries. All submissions must be within the template.
CCAS reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete/amended templates.
CCAS reserves the right to use applicants' information for press release purposes.

Members of the judging panel shall also act as a selection panel to consider submissions. The decision of the judges in relation to the selection criteria, selection process, or the identity of the winners or on any other matters relating to these awards, shall be final.
The CCAS reserves the right to make no award in any categories if the judges are not satisfied with the standard or quality of entries received.
All interviews will be conducted in English, in the event should you need an interpreter, CCAS will assist in hiring, however all expenses will be borned by your company.
