The Malaysian Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre Association (CCAM) was inaugurated in September 1999 and since then it has been at the forefront of professional services and support to the industry. CCAM's mission is to improve and develop the awareness and professionalism of the customer relationship management (CRM) and contact centre industry in Malaysia through networking, education and research. It is a strategic think-tank, an educational platform, and a progressive establishment geared towards constantly improving the caliber of the local CRM and contact centre industry. The Call Center Industry Association ( Thailand ) is a not for profit organization- launched in Bangkok in February 2005. It is run by industry professionals on a voluntary basis. The Chairperson of the Association is Deirdre Hutchinson who has over 12 years international experience in managing, consulting and training in the Call Center Industry. The CCIA's mission is to promote and give recognition to the Call Center industry in Thailand and those who are employed in Call Centers; to actively promote continuous professional development of contact centre professionals; to provide professional standards and skills recognition, to provide research and benchmarking data and to provide a forum for knowledge sharing and networking across the induatry. |
