The call centre is a good example of such virtual office that help companies save on costs and improve their productivity and customer service. Located at the heart of Southeast Asia, Singapore’s unique location, advanced information technology infrastructure, skilled and multilingual workforce and pro-business environment continue to attract a number of world-class centres to be set up in Singapore.
