Ensure that you are a current member of the CCAS (corporate or individual).
Familiarise yourself with the conditions of entry, then complete the application form for each category you want to enter.
Send your completed application form and your cheque payment made payable to 'DMAS - CCAS' to Ms Catherine Foo of CCAS at 37B Kreta Ayer Road, Singapore - 089001.
Award Templates will be released to all candidates during the time of your submission.
Remember to maximize the quality of your entry by following the template instructions. Please ensure you have clearly detailed the reasons for and results of your achievements to be sure your entry gets the recognition it deserves.
Note:
All interviews will be conducted in English, in the event should applicants required an interpreter CCAS will do the recruitment and company will need to cover all cost incurred.
